You DO NOT NEED TO CALL AT 8 o'clock in the morning for routine appointments.  If your problem is urgent, please call reception as early as you are able to and you will be seen in our Urgent Care Clinic.  Routine appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.  Some appointments can be booked online - please speak to reception to obtain a username and password.

If you no longer need your appointment, it helps us and other patients if you can cancel your appointment as soon as possible.  This way, we can make sure the appointment can be offered to another patient.  You can cancel at reception, by telephone (01623 550254) or online.

The practice will be closed on the 3rd Wednesday of the month for essential staff training.

Practice Management

Mrs Liz Griffin (f)

Practice Manager

Liz is responsible for the general smooth running of the practice, including management of the staff and premises, finances and liaison with external parties such as the CCG. She also ensures that any complaints from patients are dealt with appropriately, quickly and effectively. Should you wish to make a complaint, then please ask at reception to speak to Liz and she will be pleased to help.

Julie, Alison and Julie are responsible for managing repeat prescriptions, repeat dispensing and general prescriptions queries. They cannot answer clinical questions but will find out the answer for you from a doctor / nurse.

They also have other responsibilities within the practice, behind the scenes.

Our receptionists are your first point of contact at the surgery. At busy times, they may be supported by other members of the admin team. They are all keen to help with any queries you may have, but are not able to give any medical advice. Sometimes, it may take slightly longer for them to find an answer to your question – we are grateful for your patience and understanding at these times.
