You DO NOT NEED TO CALL AT 8 o'clock in the morning for routine appointments.  If your problem is urgent, please call reception as early as you are able to and you will be seen in our Urgent Care Clinic.  Routine appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.  Some appointments can be booked online - please speak to reception to obtain a username and password.

If you no longer need your appointment, it helps us and other patients if you can cancel your appointment as soon as possible.  This way, we can make sure the appointment can be offered to another patient.  You can cancel at reception, by telephone (01623 550254) or online.

The practice will be closed on the 3rd Wednesday of the month for essential staff training.

Please complete the travel questionnaire below and return to reception or email it to

The receptionist will then book you an appointment to see the Nurse.

If you are planning to travel please allow plenty of time - some vaccines need to be given up to two months in advance.  Ideally we need to see you at least 2 months prior to your departure to ensure that you are fully protected by the time you leave the UK.

Travellers to more unusual destinations or who have a complex travel itinerary will be advised to contact the Medical Services for Travellers Abroad (MASTA) who will provide you with written expert advice specifically for your trip.  Once you have received the advice, please contact the practice to speak to a nurse who will advise whether the practice will be able to administer these vaccines and to make appointments where appropriate.  If we are unable to obtain the vaccine you will be required to attend a local MASTA clinic details on their website or by following the link below to find alternative providers.Find a Travel Health Clinic
